Spring Work Weekend

With the end of our busy winter season at the Lodge within sight, we are planning the Spring 2025 Work Weekend, scheduled for May 24 and 25.

As usual, Saturday and Sunday will include regular seasonal cleaning, some outdoor work, and a list of repairs and maintenance items. Anyone who is handy at repairs with a good selection of tools is highly encouraged to volunteer!

Volunteers are welcome to arrive anytime on Friday May 23, to socialize, and prepare for the next two days. Lunch is included courtesy of the club Saturday and Sunday, as is dinner and wine on Saturday evening.

Bookings will open two months prior (on March 23) and we will need 6-8 volunteers. To book simply book as usual and indicate that you want to attend the lodge work weekend event. You’ll have to enter credit card information but you will not be charged. The system won’t accept blank payment fields.

Volunteers will stay at the Lodge for free on nights May 23 and 24, and will receive a future free night Lodge credit for each day worked. If you’d like to pitch in, mark your calendars to secure your spot!

We’re grateful to our members who go above-and-beyond. It is through our talents and collective effort that the Lodge is clean and maintained to a high-quality for our community.
